After spending most of her life in the New York City area, Shruthi Kinkead relocated to Park City in 2020 with her husband and two children. Seeking a different pace of life and greater access to the outdoors, her family was drawn to the beauty of the mountains, the strong sense of community, and the active lifestyle that makes Park City a special place to call home.

Having personally made the transition from city life to a mountain community, Shruthi understands the practical and emotional considerations involved in finding not just a home, but a place that aligns with a client’s lifestyle, financial goals, and future plans.

Before launching her real estate career, Shruthi spent over 15 years in investment banking and corporate development, advising large companies on complex transactions and developing expertise in valuation, financial analysis, negotiations, and strategic decision-making. She also has extensive personal experience in residential real estate investments, renovations, and speculative home projects.

Deeply invested in the Park City community, Shruthi serves on the Board of Directors of Summit Land Conservancy, reflecting her passion for preserving the open spaces that help define the character and quality of life of the Wasatch Back.

In her free time, Shruthi enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing tennis. She is also actively involved in her children’s schools and sports activities.
